CelestialVerity Cleveland, Texas My Description: Cashier, 5'5, pretty chubby. Dark brown hair and hazel eyes, was wearing my work uniform of a black shirt and black pants with my Dollar General nametag with "Sarah" written on it. Describe the person you are trying to find? A young man appearing to be in his 20's, perhaps a college student or college-aged or a little older. He was on the slightly short side, about 5'6 - 5'9 or so, and was fairly chubby. He had brown hair and either blue or hazel eyes. He was a customer at Dollar General in Cleveland, Texas, the one at Truly Plaza on E Houston St, that led into Highway 105. What attracted you to them? I was his cashier, and as soon as I looked at him, I just felt this sudden spark, one I've felt before when I've met someone who would become very important to me, and I have never once been wrong with that feeling. His eyes especially, they were very beautiful, almost as if they were shining. We were both fairly quiet as I was checking him out (as in doing the register) but I could feel his eyes on me, and I wondered if he was thinking the same things and feeling what I was feeling. It just felt like this unspoken connection was going on. What were they or you doing when you saw them, did you interact in anyway? They were a customer as I was at work as a cashier at Dollar General, and they had brought a bunch of toys up to the register to buy. We looked at each other, and it felt like there was this sparked connection, at least to me. I was looking away out of embarrassment while I rang everything up and took his $20, but it felt like he was looking at me fairly intently, maybe feeling the same thing. As I handed him his change, he said "Thank you. I'll be back." and smiled in a way customers don't usually smile.. like he felt what I felt. He then took his bag, and walked towards the door. After he was halfway out, he suddenly turned around, looked straight into my eyes, and smiled again, which no customer has ever done before, making me think he really did felt something special. Sadly, he never came back like he said he was going to. Not that day, nor any other for the 2 months I continued to work there. He was strangely a one-time customer in a small town. How often have you seen them? More than a year ago What do you want to say to them? Maybe I was just imagining things... maybe this was the one time my feeling about someone being important to me was wrong. But, all of your motions, gestures, everything.. they make me think you might have felt the same thing as me. That we have a connection of some sort. I want to know for sure. This happened almost 3 years ago, and it bothers me greatly to this very day, so I finally decided to post it somewhere. Though the fact that you didn't post anything here makes me worried you're never going to see this, since it happened so long ago. Maybe you've moved on and forgotten about the encounter. That would be very sad, because I really felt something there. Something big. A very precious friendship, or even a romance that could have been. I waited for you to come back every day. I usually worked in the evenings but I came in the morning on my days off twice in a row to see if you would come back. I also worry that something happened to you, and that's why you never returned. Something they should know? I already included every last detail I could remember (luckily I made a Facebook post about it!). It was a very short and small exchange, so there's not really anything else I didn't include. I just really want to interact with them again. I no longer live in Cleveland, Texas, but I enjoy long-distance friendships just as much. If you see this, please reply to it! And if I don't see your response, or you don't want to make an account, instead just add and message me on my Skype, which is chaotic-pink-angel. Date and time I blew my chance: 23/07/2013 @ 10:30
