Dutch-Ukrainian Washington DC The Message On June 4 we both took Virgin Atlantic flight KL4813 from London to Washington DC. Departing from Heathrow. His seat was 66H. We had a brief chat on the way to the passport control at Dulles airport. I’ve mentioned I was Dutch-Ukrainian from Amsterdam, who just moved to DC. He is London based, visiting DC for work.
