Brisbane Australia Hey. Well this is a long long long shot. So in 1994 or 5 or 6 , at the Red Cross New Year's Eve at the Brisbane City Hall, I saw you. It was a gala ball and there were 100s of people there. I was 32 odd and I'd guess you were 2-4 years younger. You were around 5foot 8 or 10. You had long beautiful frizzy back hair – just a magnificent head of hair. I recall you had a gray black taffeta dress on that went to your knees – apologies for saying but your legs were stunning. And you were just a stunning woman and your body language and presence was just electric to me. You approached me but stayed at a distance and made it clear you wanted to meet and dance. You kept returning and looking towards me and even danced with a few other guys but even then kept looking at me. Alas, I was too shy or too something to go over and say hello and chat. I often think of you, what your name was, what happened to you, who you were and whether you and I would have clicked. You've stayed with me for life and there isn't a week when I don't randomly recall the vision of you standing 20 meters away looking intently at me – waiting for me to come over and say hello and ask you to dance. Of how I regret not walking those 20 meters and finding out who you were. If you know who you are and recall the time and place I'd really like to just have a coffee with you and chat.
