Washington, DC
We chatted on the Washington, DC Circulator bus to Georgetown on Saturday, January 7 around 11:30am. I was already on the bus and you sat next to me. You were traveling with another man and a woman. You asked me if I was a local and then asked if I knew where Farmers Fishers Bakers is. You were going to meet a friend who works there. You are originally from Portugal, but now you live in Spain (Mallorca?). You work at a hotel there. You spent New Year's in New York City and then came to DC. You were flying to New Orleans later that day and also planned to travel to Texas. We both got off the bus at K St and 30th St NW. During our conversation, you mentioned something about exchanging contact information and keeping in touch in case I ever travel to Portugal or Spain. I just laughed because I am a shy, guarded American woman and I normally would never give my contact information to a stranger I met on a bus. However, now I am filled with regret that we did not exchange information because I enjoyed talking with you very much. I love meeting friends from all over the world that I can reconnect with when I'm traveling. Blew my chance on 07/01/2017 @ 11:30
