London to the pretty girl with brown haired bangs who i first met when i was 11 in 2014/15 we were staying in the same temporary accomotation hotel for homeless families. i had a crush on you but was too shy to say anything. i saw you many times for weeks until you moved out im guessing. we kept making shy eye contact as we were both young. i remember you looking at me from the parking lot into my window on the third floor then we both sheepishly turned our heads. again in the kitchen while both our mothers were talking about our situations, i came downstairs wearing blue pyjamas to fill up my water bottle and was too shy to talk to you. this is all a distant memory to me now but i write this hoping to find you again because we eventually locked eyes again some years later in 2019 maybe? in the food court in the county mall, you were as pretty as i remember but i wasnt sure if it was you again until i looked away then back at you again and you were still staring at me because you recognised me? i was with my mother and her boyfriend wearing a black coat with my earbuds in looking at my phone and occasionally looking into your direction to see if it was really you and it was 100%. you were gone within minutes and since then ive thought about you every now and then. i regret not saying hi to you and asking for your number or even your name. hopefully we cross paths again soon if its meant to be.
